To be eligible for a return or exchange, an unboxing video is required for any damage claims. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the sealed condition to the final product, without any cuts, edits, or filters. Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted.
Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If your return request is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition along with all original packaging, including the jewelry boxes. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
