5. Return & Exchange Policy

To qualify for a return or exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claims. The video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition without any edits or cuts.

Claims without valid video proof may not be accepted. Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition along with all original packaging, including jewelry boxes.

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
